Transformation Before Triumph
There’s a profound shift I see in almost everyone I know and work with, and it happens in a blink. It’s the moment we stop doubting, pausing, and flinching, and start taking action anyway, even while uncertainty looms large.
The transformation is never planned, and the breakthrough is often hidden in the details. The answers don’t suddenly appear, and the circumstances don’t necessarily change. What changes is that we stop thinking thoughts like “I don’t see how this is possible.” “I don’t even know where to start.” “Do I really want to take this on now?”—and we move forward anyway.
Important because we can’t game it, hack it, or build it into a strategic plan. The transformation happens from the inside. This is not about “positive thinking.” It’s about remaining ruthlessly committed to our vision, our great idea, or our impossible dream. Instead of following the monkeys between our ears down endless rabbit holes—only to circle back to where we started.
