A text. a phone call. A breaking news alert. An innocent click n’ scroll, turns into an hour lost in someone else’s life. 

Before you know it, the day is gone. Your worthy work—the thing that calls from your soul—gets pushed aside…again.

Important because your mission is too important to be derailed by digital landmines and self-imposed rabbit holes. The world isn't going to hand us quiet time. We must choose it. Every. Single. Day.
